Tracy MacLachlan

Tracy serves in three key roles here at One 8 Solutions: Operations Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Client Assessor.

As Operations Manager, Tracy supports the internal workflow of the firm. She helps standardize processes, strengthen communication across the team, oversee internal systems, and ensure client work moves through our pipeline efficiently and accurately. Her work helps maintain consistency, drive accountability, and support the operational structure that keeps client engagements running smoothly.

In addition to her operations leadership, Tracy guides the Assessment process for new clients and ensures a seamless Onboarding experience that sets each engagement up for long-term success.

Originally from Connecticut and now living in Texas, Tracy brings more than 25 years of experience in project, data, and operations management. She has owned Massage Therapy and Home Improvement businesses, worked across multiple industries, and holds a Massage Therapy License and CDL-A License. She also previously held a PMP certification.

Tracy is known for her attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving mindset. She is focused on improving client satisfaction, strengthening internal efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of One 8 Solutions. Her goal is to ensure every client begins their journey with clarity and confidence.
