Since launching One 8 Solutions in 2001 and becoming a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I developed a “client first” business attitude — always putting my client’s unique business needs first. Mostly, I am driven to continuously grow and improve my business skills to help my clients grow their business.

Accounting and bookkeeping are two of the deepest levels of understandings of your business, and my team and I value that partnership. Our team seeks to understand the unique nature of your business to achieve improved results. We gather knowledge of your business’s inner working by conducting a detailed assessment. We do not just learn about the expenses and revenue, we also discover what is on the periphery that has a meaningful impact to your business success. For instance, we assess how you acquire your customer base, the systems you use to manage your business, and much more. This manner of gathering information allows us to take a more holistic approach to your accounting needs and give it to you in a timelier way while providing you with meaningful knowledge of the “other half of the story.”

As the Sales and Marketing Director at One 8 Solutions, my focus is to foster innovation, drive growth, and exceed expectations.

With an impressive closing record, I serve as the primary point of contact for customized assessment consultations and client account service inquiries. My responsibilities include overseeing the completion of Intuit order fulfillment, the buildout of recommendations and findings presentations for our clients, evaluating and finalizing all financial agreements with our clients, leading the Strategic Partnership and Affiliate Programs, and managing referrals and revenue share payouts with our diverse partners.

My career journey spans various roles, from sales and marketing manager to hospitality recruiter, corporate leadership to owning an integrated media and entertainment production company. Despite these varied responsibilities, my mission has always remained the same: to build new partnerships, negotiate timely matters, and deliver high-quality financial services and operational excellence to our diverse client base.

In the end, my short-term and long-term goals are to empower businesses to scale despite ever-changing and challenging economic conditions, so they can focus on their core objectives.

Beyond directing and overseeing sales initiatives at One 8 Solutions, I bring an academic background in Fine Arts (MFA), extensive experience as a freelance marketing consultant, and years as a web designer and developer. These skills provide our company and clients with a creative edge, which allow us to craft targeted and innovative marketing and promotional campaigns that drive successful outcomes for our sales division.

Our recognition as one of Woodard’s “Top 50 CAS (Client Accounting Services) Practices” for the second consecutive year underscores our, and my own, unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry.

Tracy MacLachlan might seem like a familiar face, having previously worked with One 8 Solutions, and we are thrilled to welcome her back to the team as our Assessment and Onboarding Specialist. In her role, Tracy will be responsible for guiding our Assessment process for new clients and ensuring a smooth and efficient Onboarding experience. 

Originally from Connecticut, now residing in Texas, Tracy brings over 25 years of experience in project, data, operations management, and a wealth of other experience to the role. She has successfully owned Massage Therapy and Home Improvement businesses, has worked in multiple industries, currently holds a Massage Therapy License, a CDL-A License and previously held a PMP Certification.  

Known for her attention to detail, drive, and problem-solving abilities, Tracy is passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and creating seamless transitions for our clients and is looking forward to helping grow the business by enhancing client satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of One 8 Solutions. She aims to ensure that every client begins their journey with us with confidence and clarity, setting the stage for long-term partnerships. 

Larry LaFranchi brings his extensive expertise and passion for financial excellence to the One 8 Solutions team, assuming the role of Account Manager Team Lead in April 2021. Prior to joining us, Larry held pivotal positions, including Controller at the renowned Kripalu Yoga Center in Stockbridge, MA, and CEO of Clean Energy Innovations. With over two decades of dedicated service in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, Larry has consistently enhanced financial operations for a diverse array of organizations.

His steadfast belief in prioritizing client needs and delivering timely, tailored financial solutions underscores his commitment to organizational success. Larry is delighted to be part of the One 8 Solutions family, renowned for its unwavering commitment to exceptional standards and customer service excellence.

Reflecting on his decision to join our team, Larry emphasizes the allure of our mission, centered on providing unparalleled client service tailored to individual requirements, while continually striving for improvement and embracing the most suitable software solutions for each scenario.

Originally from California, Larry is a distinguished alumnus of UCLA, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and MIT Sloan School of Management, where he earned his MBA. He currently resides in Rehoboth, MA, with his wife. Outside of his professional endeavors, Larry finds joy in cycling adventures alongside his wife and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Julie Silverio joined the One 8 Solutions team in February 2016 as an Accountant and has since ascended to the role of Accounting Specialist and Account Manager. In her tenure, Julie has overseen a diverse portfolio of clients spanning various industries, guiding both clients and our team of Bookkeepers with expertise and precision.

Driven by a desire to transition away from the rigors of public accounting and the seasonal pressures of tax season, Julie found her calling in assisting businesses in optimizing their accounting and bookkeeping systems. Her transition to One 8 Solutions marked a pivotal moment in her career, allowing her to specialize in retail, restaurant, and related point-of-sale and front-end systems.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Julie is a passionate athlete, proudly representing the North Shore Women’s Hockey League of Boston (WHLB) as a member of the formidable Gang Green hockey team. Her dedication to the sport underscores her multifaceted nature, demonstrating that One 8 Solutions team members are more than just their professional roles—they are dynamic individuals contributing meaningfully to their communities.

Drawing from her extensive experience, Julie has played a crucial role in helping One 8 Solutions clients streamline their accounting and bookkeeping processes. Leveraging technologies such as QuickBooks®, Julie provides clients with insightful reporting and invaluable support, ensuring their financial operations run seamlessly.

Tara Jackson-Lee, a vital member of the One 8 Solutions team since 2019. Starting as an Accountant, Tara’s dedication and expertise swiftly propelled her to the role of Accounting Specialist. With a master’s degree in Accounting and extensive corporate experience under her belt, Tara brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.

Her commitment to excellence makes her one of our hardest-working team members. Tara’s mission is to empower small business owners with timely and accurate financial insights through QuickBooks. Her dedication has significantly broadened One 8 Solutions’ scope, particularly due to her proximity to Riverside, CA. This strategic location enables us to extend our services beyond East Coast business hours, ensuring unparalleled support for our clients.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tara is passionate about equines. Alongside her daughter, Mya Jackson-Lee, she co-founded M&T Equine in March of 2022. Their shared goal is to advocate for and assist horses in need by providing them with essential care, rehabilitation if required, and ultimately finding them loving forever homes. Tara’s commitment to both her profession and her passion exemplifies her unwavering dedication to making a positive impact, both in the financial realm and in the welfare of animals.

Andrew Zaff has been an integral member of the One 8 Solutions team since 2005, initially joining as a Bookkeeper and steadily rising to the esteemed position of Advanced Bookkeeper and Account Manager. With his extensive expertise and recognition as an Enrolled Agent—the highest accreditation bestowed by the IRS—combined with years of adept navigation through QuickBooks®, Andy adeptly manages tasks ranging from the straightforward to the intricately complex.

Renowned for his meticulous approach, Andy ensures clarity and transparency regarding your financial records and their implications for tax matters. With specialized knowledge in Real Estate Sales and Nonprofit operations, Andy also actively contributes to the governance of a Nonprofit organization board.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Andy indulges his passions by attending sports events, exploring diverse musical genres at concerts, and embarking on enriching travel experiences.

Cheryl Paquin became an invaluable addition to the One 8 Solutions family in April 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience in bookkeeping spanning over three decades. Hailing from Baltimore, MD, Cheryl’s professional journey has seen her adeptly managing books for wholesale lumber companies, bookbinding firms, and even running her own successful bookkeeping venture.

With a keen eye for detail honed through years of dedicated service, Cheryl thrives on challenges, making her an indispensable member of any team. In 2001, Cheryl and her husband made the move to Weybridge, VT, where they built a home on cherished family land. When she’s not meticulously balancing numbers, Cheryl indulges in her passions for baking, crocheting, and scrapbooking.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Cheryl has also served as an Advisor/Consultant for over two decades with Creative Memories, a renowned name in the scrapbooking industry, renowned for its top-tier products and a fervent home-based sales force. Cheryl’s multifaceted background and unwavering commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to both the One 8 Solutions team and our clients alike.

Patricia Robinson has been a valued member of the One 8 Solutions team since April 2022. Starting as an Apprentice Bookkeeper, Pat’s dedication and expertise have propelled her to the role of Bookkeeper within our ranks. With over 20 years of diverse industry experience, including Funeral Services, Brick & Mortar and Online Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, and inventory management, Patricia brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.

Driven by a commitment to supporting her family’s small business, Pat has honed her bookkeeping skills, making her an invaluable asset to our clients. Grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow with our dynamic team, Pat’s meticulous attention to detail and passion for analytics ensure that projects are completed accurately and promptly for your organization.

Jacki Galauskas recently joined the One 8 Solutions team as a Bookkeeper in March 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years in various sectors of business finance. With a strong background in advertising, consulting, and online retail, Jacki has navigated through the intricacies of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and beyond, demonstrating her expertise every step of the way.

Armed with an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Jacki not only offers invaluable insights but also eagerly absorbs knowledge from every business she encounters. Her diverse professional journey has equipped her with a keen understanding of financial intricacies, enabling her to tailor solutions that drive success.

Amy Hollarman, one of our Bookkeepers at One 8 Solutions, who recently joined our team in March 2024. Amy brings a deep-seated passion for her role. Her journey into bookkeeping began with her pursuit of an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Business Management at SBBCollege in Santa Maria, CA, where she discovered her affinity for the meticulous art of maintaining financial records.

Amy’s dedication to her craft shines through in her favorite aspects of bookkeeping, particularly her delight in collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs and assisting them in streamlining their financial records. Her proficiency in tidying up old Accounts Receivable stems from her extensive background in the hospitality industry, making her adept at catering to a diverse clientele ranging from trades to landscaping and technology sectors.

With her blend of unwavering commitment to excellence, Amy Hollarman is an invaluable addition to the One 8 Solutions team, ensuring meticulous financial management and client satisfaction.

Albert (“Al”) Lazo might seem like a familiar face, having previously worked with One 8 Solutions—and we’re thrilled to welcome him back to the team. He brings over 20 years of business consulting expertise, including more than 15 years focused on business valuation services. As a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Al has deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial accounting and tax compliance, corporate finance, financial modeling, and business planning. Throughout his career, he has valued over $50 billion in business enterprises and intangible assets, serving a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 and middle-market clients across industries including financial services, legal, energy, retail, manufacturing, technology, and life sciences.

Before joining One 8 Solutions, Al held leadership roles at several top-tier firms, including Vice President at MPI Valuation, Director at Great American Group’s Corporate Advisory & Valuation Services practice, and Director within Silicon Valley Bank’s Valuation Analytics Group. His earlier experience also includes positions with KPMG LLP’s Economic and Valuation Services Group and BDO, LLP’s Valuation and Business Analytics Group.

Al holds an MBA in International Business & Finance from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin School of Business and a BA in Mathematics & Economics from the University of Vermont.

Based in Charlotte, NC, Al enjoys golfing, fly-fishing, and spending time with his wife Harper, their two daughters, and their two French bulldogs.

Christian Lamascus joined One 8 Solutions as an intern in May 2025, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong eagerness to learn within a dynamic, real-world accounting environment. He is passionate about understanding how financial systems support smart business decisions and create long-term value.

As part of the One 8 Solutions team, Christian is gaining hands-on experience in bookkeeping and cloud-based accounting through QuickBooks Online. His focus is on developing his skills, contributing to the team’s success, and embracing every opportunity to grow within a high-performing, forward-thinking firm.

With over 15 years of experience at Intuit, Antonio (Tony) Martinez brings a deep knowledge and strategic insight into the Intuit QuickBooks ecosystem. As a Senior Partner Manager and long-time Channel Account Manager, Tony has consistently been recognized as a top performer and a trusted leader in the QuickBooks Solution Provider (QSP) Program.

Tony plays a critical role in managing and strengthening the relationship between One 8 Solutions and Intuit. His focus is on helping our team grow and optimize our QuickBooks offerings—empowering us to better serve our clients across a range of industries. He’s committed to driving results and delivering value for strategic partners of all shapes and sizes.

Based remotely in Tucson, Arizona, Tony is also an active ERG (Employee Resource Group) Leader within Intuit, further demonstrating his dedication to leadership and community impact within the organization.

Tony’s partnership is a key part of our ability to deliver cutting-edge, scalable QuickBooks solutions that fuel our clients’ growth and financial clarity.

With over 18 years at Intuit, John Brakey brings deep expertise and a passion for helping small to midsized businesses streamline their payroll and workforce management operations. As a Staff Payroll Development Manager within the QuickBooks Solution Provider (QSP) Program, John collaborates directly with referral and resale partners—like One 8 Solutions—to deliver smart, tailored payroll solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

For the past 8+ years, John has specialized in payroll and workforce solutions, combining strategic consultation with hands-on support. He hosts educational webinars for QSP partners, empowering firms with the knowledge and confidence to recommend, implement, and support Intuit’s robust payroll offerings.

John consults with small businesses through a partner referral model, diving deep into their workflows and challenges to recommend the best-fit solutions within the Intuit payroll ecosystem. He also acts as a liaison across multiple internal teams—from onboarding and risk to product development—ensuring a smooth and satisfying client experience from discovery to first-time use.

At the heart of his work is a commitment to improving the customer journey and helping shape Intuit’s online payroll products based on real-world feedback.

Gabor Terebesi is an Account Manager with the Payments Team of Intuit for over 15 years. He works in the partner division for Intuit payments to ensure Intuit partners along with any clients of theirs are in the most suitable and financially cost-effective solution accepting payments through eCommerce, QuickBooks, mobile payments, or any other options necessary for their business.
