Tiiu Ashcraft, MFA

As the newly promoted Sales and Marketing Director at One 8 Solutions, my focus is to foster innovation, drive growth, and exceed expectations.

With an impressive closing record, I serve as the primary point of contact for customized assessment consultations and client account service inquiries. My responsibilities include overseeing the completion of Intuit order fulfillment, the buildout of recommendations and findings presentations for our clients, evaluating and finalizing all financial agreements with our clients, leading the Strategic Partnership and Affiliate Programs, and managing referrals and revenue share payouts with our diverse partners.

My career journey spans various roles, from sales and marketing manager to hospitality recruiter, corporate leadership to owning an integrated media and entertainment production company. Despite these varied responsibilities, my mission has always remained the same: to build new partnerships, negotiate timely matters, and deliver high-quality financial services and operational excellence to our diverse client base.

In the end, my short-term and long-term goals are to empower businesses to scale despite ever-changing and challenging economic conditions, so they can focus on their core objectives.

Beyond directing and overseeing sales initiatives at One 8 Solutions, I bring an academic background in Fine Arts (MFA), extensive experience as a freelance marketing consultant, and years as a web designer and developer. These skills provide our company and clients with a creative edge, which allow us to craft targeted and innovative marketing and promotional campaigns that drive successful outcomes for our sales division.
