We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant (Remote, Part-Time)
One 8 Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our fully remote team. This role is for an experienced accounting professional who can work in the details, solve problems, and help clients understand what their numbers are telling them.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work across multiple client engagements and support areas such as:
- QuickBooks Online review and cleanup
- Monthly close and financial reporting
- Payroll reconciliation
- Accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and depreciation
- Chart of accounts restructuring
- Workflow and process improvements
- Cloud accounting applications and third-party integrations
- Client-facing financial analysis and advisory support
We’re looking for someone who can investigate issues, understand the “why” behind the numbers, and work through problems without needing step-by-step direction.
What We’re Looking For
Strong QuickBooks Online skills are essential, along with solid accounting knowledge and experience working with multiple clients or businesses.
We’re also looking for someone comfortable with modern accounting technology, including Microsoft 365, cloud-based applications, and emerging tools such as AI. Knowing when and how to use technology appropriately is just as important as knowing how to use it.
