Trends show how those KPIs move over time, helping you identify whether performance is improving, declining, or staying consistent. Performance Center allows you to create up to 25 charts tracking revenue, expenses, gross profit, net income, cash flow, A/R, A/P, and more, all in one place. - Break Down Performance
Group and filter data by class, location, or vendor to understand what’s driving results across your business. - Compare and Benchmark
Track performance against prior periods or budgets, and use built-in industry benchmarks to see how your margins compare to similar businesses. - Leverage AI Insights
Finance and Project Management agents provide monthly summaries, highlight anomalies, and offer KPI level recommendations so you can respond quickly. Combined with tools such as KPI Scorecard and Performance Center, these insights help you identify opportunities and address issues before they impact results.
Note: Performance Center is available across QuickBooks Online subscriptions and can be a valuable tool for monitoring KPIs and trends. QuickBooks Online Advanced also includes the KPI Scorecard, which can be accessed through the search bar. KPI Scorecard supports custom date ranges, comparative periods, and rolling last-12-month views, making it a powerful option for deeper analysis. If you’re having trouble locating either tool, use the QuickBooks search bar, as some features can be difficult to find within the menu structure.
