May 31st, 2024, Intuit will Sunset QuickBooks Desktop V21
What does this mean for you?
This includes all versions of QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, and Enterprise Solutions v21. Any users who remain on QuickBooks Desktop 2021 after May 31st, will no longer have access to add-on services, including QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Services, Online Backup, Online Banking, and technical Live Support. It is crucial to note that the software will no longer receive security patches, which may result in potential data or compliance risks.
What are my options/next steps?
- Upgrade your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) program to the most current version. Be advised, QBDT programs are now subscription based, please contact us.
- If applicable, convert your QBDT program to QuickBooks Online (QBO). QBO is an all-in-one solution that includes access to over 450+ apps, mobile applications, and cloud syncing.
