We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant & Accounting Advisory Specialist (Remote, Part-Time)

At One 8 Solutions, we’re adding to our team. We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who wants more than task-based work. This role is built for someone who wants to work directly with clients, solve real problems, and have a voice in how accounting supports business decisions.
What This Role Looks Like Day to Day
This is not a back-office, heads-down position.
You will:
- Work directly with business owners and leadership teams
- Clean up and maintain accurate financials
- Manage and review QuickBooks Online environments
- Support monthly close and reporting
- Identify gaps and recommend better processes
- Provide insight that clients can act on
You’re not just closing books. You’re helping clients understand what the numbers mean and what to do next.
Who This Role Is Built For
This role fits someone who:
- Has strong QuickBooks Online experience
- Has worked in a CAS firm, public accounting, or multi-client environment
- Is comfortable speaking with clients and leading conversations
- Can spot issues without being told where to look
- Prefers flexibility but still takes ownership of outcomes
If you like structure, but also want input into how things should be done, you’ll do well here.
